A science-driven, progressive approach to bodybuilding that prioritizes consistent effort, optimal recovery, and strategic training periodization for maximum muscle and strength gains.
The Modern Bodybuilding Coach is for lifters who want to seriously build muscle, get stronger and develop a defined, aesthetic physique — through intelligent, progressive training. It is an especially strong fit if you are chasing muscle and strength gains, want a structured, progressive path to physique development, care about body composition and the classic bodybuilding look, and appreciate data-driven training with consistent progression. The methodology is rooted in progressive overload: you consistently challenge your muscles so they adapt and grow. Compound lifts build foundational strength and mass, while isolation work targets individual muscle groups for symmetry and definition. Training is organised into mesocycles with planned progression and deloads, with an emphasis on clean technique, the mind-muscle connection and recovery — plus integrated nutrition guidance to support muscle protein synthesis. Typical weeks train the major muscle groups at high frequency, usually 2–3 times per week across the split. The default is a 5-day split that balances enough volume and recovery for every major muscle group — often a mix of body-part and upper/lower or push/pull themes. Progression comes primarily from progressive overload (more weight, reps, sets or shorter rest), with the occasional density or intensity technique, and the plan adjusts when fatigue, pain or your schedule call for it.
