Learn the snatch and the clean & jerk — technique, positions, speed, and the squat and pull strength behind them — built around your week and adapted as you log. Barbell skill built around speed, power, positions and precision.

This is one real Olympic-lifting session: a thorough warm-up, four lifts built from light and exact, then an easy finish. In the app every lift comes with a short video demo — the same ones below — plus your coach's cue and the exact sets and reps.
Work through the lifts in order, building weight only when the positions stay crisp — technique first, always.
5 × 2 · from the floor
Push the floor away, keep the bar close, and pull under to catch it on your shoulders with the elbows fast and high. It's a jump and a catch, not a curl — speed under the bar.
5 × 2 · from the hip
From the hang, explode the hips into the bar and pull yourself under into a strong overhead catch. Bar close, arms long until the last moment — punch up as you drop under.
4 × 3 · tall chest
Elbows high, bar racked on the shoulders, and squat down between your hips with an upright torso. Drive up without dropping the elbows — the strength behind a heavy clean.
4 × 3 · strong finish
Same path as the snatch but without the catch — push the floor away and finish tall with a powerful shrug. Groove the pull that puts the bar where it needs to be.
Tap play to watch a drill demo — the same muted, looping clips your plan uses. Unmute or go full screen once it's running.
Every session comes with coach guidance — and your progress gets logged, not guessed.

Your coach shapes the plan from what you tell us — not an idealized week you'll never hit.
