A structured plan to get you to the marathon start line ready — a long run that builds carefully, marathon-pace and threshold work, easy aerobic mileage, and a real taper — built around your week and adapted as you log.

A marathon block isn't only running. This is one real runner's-strength session — a warm-up, four movements that keep your form and joints intact through the late miles, then an easy finish. In the app every movement comes with a short video demo — the same ones below — plus your coach's cue and the exact sets and reps.
Work through the movements in order as straight sets — this is the strength that keeps your form from falling apart in the last 10K.
3 × 8 · hips back
Soft knees, push the hips back and load the hamstrings, then drive tall. A strong posterior chain is what holds your stride together when your form wants to collapse late in the race.
3 × 10 each leg · tall
Step out into a long lunge, drop the back knee toward the floor, and drive up through the front heel without wobbling. Single-leg strength is every stride — build it so your form stays honest mile after mile.
3 × 15 · full range
Rise onto the balls of your feet under control, pause at the top, then lower slowly to a full stretch. Strong, resilient calves and Achilles absorb every landing and cut your injury risk over a long block.
3 × 45 s · braced
Forearms down, body in one line from head to heels, and brace hard without letting the hips sag. A stable trunk keeps your pelvis steady so your legs turn over efficiently deep into the race.
Tap play to watch a drill demo — the same muted, looping clips your plan uses. Unmute or go full screen once it's running.
Every session comes with coach guidance — and your progress gets logged, not guessed.

Your coach shapes the plan from what you tell us — not an idealized week you'll never hit.
