The Triceps Dip is a compound bodyweight exercise primarily targeting the triceps. Begin by supporting your body on parallel bars or a sturdy bench with arms extended. Lower your body by bending your elbows, keeping them tucked close to your sides, until your shoulders are below your elbows. Drive back up to the starting position by extending your arms, focusing on triceps contraction, to build upper body pushing strength and muscle mass.
Skip or adapt this movement if any of these apply — and check with a professional when in doubt.
