The Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extension is an isolation exercise targeting the triceps. Begin by holding a single dumbbell with both hands, extending it overhead with arms fully locked out. Slowly lower the dumbbell behind your head by flexing at the elbows, keeping your upper arms relatively stationary. Extend your elbows to return the dumbbell to the starting position, focusing on a strong contraction of the triceps.
